Restorative Yoga Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in the healing sound vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes and more while being gently guided through a restorative yoga practice. Our Restorative Yoga Sound Bath works with your nervous system to encourage a restful rebalancing.
